YESbox believes that leaders need to dare to be transparent in their intentions and actions in internal communication. Only when managers dare to have honest dialogues with their employees does the understanding of how each employee should be able to perform at their best for the good of the organization increase.
YESbox Dialogue is based on a deck of cards developed based on brain research within neuro-research. Neuro-research shows that when we increase the understanding of how the brain works and work according to brain-smart systems, the profitability within organizations improves significantly. By using brain research, it is possible to develop significantly more effective strategies and drive behavioral change at a fraction of the time and cost it has taken before!
HOW DOES IT HAPPEN?
YESbox Dialogues is the tool that creates understanding between manager and employee. It is a combination of physical value cards and a digital tool. The cards used during the conversation are based on values developed with neuro-research (see Background).
The values quickly lead the conversation into what is important to each employee. This creates a brain-smart dialogue between manager and employee in how they can create the conditions required for that particular employee to be able to perform at their peak. In addition, the manager and employees can together create a clear goal setting and action plan based on areas of expertise - and everything can be linked to the company's overall goals.
