7. Make an optimal follow-up plan
Performance reviews are important. But without follow-up, they will not be as relevant. Make sure that your efforts yield results, planning for the follow-up ensures that the employee interview has the desired effect.
Focus: Book a date to follow up and review and sign the documentation from your employee interview.
Why not challenge yourself: Make a more detailed follow-up plan and put reconciliation dates in your calendar
Then adapt this to the objectives;
- Support system (where can you get extra support to reach the goals)
– Ecology (vote why it is good for you and your environment)
– The time aspect (keeps the schedule if not-> adjust)
– Group or individual (do your activities also apply to others in the team?)
- Salary / Reward - link the goals to some type of reward
Don't forget to constantly return to the goals to make sure you are on the right track, But adjust them if needed!
