The process that follows the Work Environment Act
Because conditions change, most organizations need working conditions be investigated continuously and regularly. This can take place via questionnaires, interviews, measurements and security rounds. Read the important Work Environment Act on requirements for examination here

How often should an employee survey be conducted?
Yesbox recommend that you measure at least 1-4 times a year.
But we sometimes suggest more than 1 measurement each year to reduce the number of questions and focus better in the follow-up.

- Results and Analysis: After the end of the measurement period, the results and the completed analysis are published in your own YesBox online account. Each team has the ability to view their results and can easily export the results analysis to PDF for further use or sharing.
