Yesbox value talks
the employee conversation that develops employee responsibility and commitment
Start from the employee's choices and values in the employee interview
Yesbox values conversation is a fun employee conversation that is based on what is important to each employee. In this employee interview, we assume that each employee is unique with different backgrounds and values.
Part of the conversation is about reflection and understanding our different ways of prioritizing and communicating. Reflecting creates development and makes it easier to deal with emotions. The employee can more easily go from just knowing to thinking and reflecting on their own and others' behaviour.
In that commitment, we create a fruitful dialogue where the leader can also train his coaching skills.

Why are our personal values important?
Our values are deeply rooted in us, they can be both conscious and unconscious. We have taken them with us on our journey - from parents, school and friends. Regardless, our values form a foundation for how we see the world.
Our values are based on what is most important to us and therefore they will be control our focus.
They express themselves through our feelings for what is right and wrong and decide what decisions we make. Being in a context that does not match our values creates inner tension and can lead to strong negative stress.
By extension, also dissatisfaction, increased sick leave and burnout. On the other hand when we feel that we are a part of a context of values that are in line with our own it can create a huge driving force.
